What is the difference between a smash burger and yours?
A smash patty is pressed thin on the griddle for a crisp crust, which is what Burger Lab built its name on. Ours are thicker, cooked to stay juicy rather than crusty, and built around a sauce. Neither is better, they are different things, and it is worth knowing which one you actually want before you order.
Do you deliver beef burgers late at night in Karachi?
Yes, until 4 AM every night, right across Karachi. That is the part where we genuinely differ from most burger places in the city, most of which shut well before midnight.
Why is a burger place comparing itself to burger specialists?
